Infinity is one of those things in the world that mathematics and science have discerned that literally boggles the mind. Infinity refers to something outside the realm of numbers, it is beyond counting.

How did we first come to know of infinity/eternity? Ecc 3:11 – He has made everything beautiful in its time. Also, he has put ETERNITY into man's heart, yet so that he cannot find out what God has done from the beginning to the end.

This is one of those passages in the Bible that when its meaning hits you your mind begins to explode. HINT: Being a creature made in the image and likeness of God is a pretty big deal. Gen 11:6 – And the LORD said, “Behold, they are one people, and they have all one language, and this is only the beginning of what they will do. And nothing that they propose to do will now be impossible for them.

How different are we from God and how can we know him? Isa 57:15 – For thus says the One who is high and lifted up, who inhabits ETERNITY, whose name is Holy: “I dwell in the high and holy place, and also with him who is of a contrite and lowly spirit, to revive the spirit of the lowly, and to revive the heart of the contrite.

God not only inhabits Eternity, dwelling in the high and holy place, but within contrite and lowly spirited creatures made in his image and likeness so as to revive their spirit and hearts.

Jesus, the son of God incarnated as a man and born of a woman, taught spiritual truths about life in this mortal realm of darkness and eternal life in the kingdom of light. Entrance into this new life is conditional upon how one hears.
