God created mankind in his image and likeness and gave him commands. God never expected to restrain, constrain, and train sinful mankind to hear and obey them. God had a better solution a rebellion in heaven and now on earth.

In ALL wisdom and understanding God allowed the nations to flourish and be overseen my members of his ruling council while he built a nation for himself from one man - Abraham. Through this nation God raised up prophets who would heard from God and wrote down carried by the Holy Spirit what he said. God spoke audibly in the hearing of all the people and more intimately with individual prophets. 

God raised up scribes who carefully copied his words and preserved his words. In these words, was hidden a secret/mystery that would be revealed at the proper time. 

Jesus – his birth, life, ministry, death, resurrection, and ascension, seamlessly assimilate, integrate, and synthesize into fulfillment of all prophetic texts of Redemption, Salvation, a Kingdom, Resurrection, Eternal Life with God back in the garden of Eden. 

God is not hiding the ball. Redemption, Salvation et al are freely made available to all who HEAR, understand, and respond to the Gospel. And it all starts with the Parable of the Sower in Luke 8. 

Jesus told his disciples in Luke 8:18 – Take care then how you HEAR… 

Paul said in Romans 10:17 – So faith comes from HEARING, and HEARING through the word of Christ.

Paul also said in Ephesians 2:8-9 – For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God not a result of works, so that no one may boast.
