Show Notes

Welcome to Episode #173 of the Way of the Bible podcast. This is our fifth of eight episodes in our Twenty-Second mini-series entitled The Return of Jesus Christ. On today’s episode, we’re going to take a closer look at the end of all things or the end of time in relation to the World, the Flesh, and the Devil. We’re talking judgment, the wrath of God!

This will be our fifth bite of the Return of Jesus Christ apple and I’m beginning to see we’re eating something a lot bigger, like an elephant. While it’s much larger than I imagined, it still has to be swallowed one bite and chewing at a time. From here on I’m going to try and stick within the confines of the Scriptures, which are our guides with the aid of the Holy Spirit, and out of the realms of philosophy, sciences, and hyperspaces.

But I will have to add this before we continue. The Bible is not just a book. It is an interdimensional message hidden in a matrix of integrated books, languages, words, letters, and yes even spaces between the letters. The books that encompass the Bible were seen in their entirety along with all creation until eternity future before Genesis 1:1. Each space, letter, word, language, and book were intentionally synthesized in space-time history through human agents as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit. This messaging system from God has been translated and preserved for millennia.

The person without the Holy Spirit reads only flat words on flat pages. Much like a hologram when illumined by the laser with which it was created, the text of the Bible when illumined by the Holy Spirit reveals full color wisdom, imagery, beauty, and mathematical precision beyond our space-time dimensionality.

The Scriptures in their origin were and remain perfect, although copies have experienced minor deteriorations that keep scholars publishing papers. These deteriorations have little or no impact on the message the Bible is communicating.

I give all that as an introduction to our topic today, because our topic today stretches from the first to last line in the Bible. From, Genesis 1:1“In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.” To, Revelation 22:21The grace of the Lord Jesus be with God’s people. Amen. It would take at least one book, if not two, to just scratch the surface of the message revealed by just these two verses, Genesis 1:1 and Revelation 22:21. Let me see if I can do it in one short episode.
